The Maldives Islands lie just Southwest of India. Scattered all across the equator in the middle of the Indian Ocean, the islands of the Maldives are a tropical paradise.

There are three different types of diving: inside the atolls, outside the atolls and inside the channels or passes, which is where the currents are the strongest. Groupers, Snappers, Surgeonfish, Eels, Parrotfish, even Giant Napoleon Wrasse are some of the fish you'll encounter on your dives.

One of the most popular attraction are the schools of fish that patrol the reefs in colorful packs: Humpback and Black and White Snappers, Trevally Jacks, Barracuda, Batfish, Unicornfish, Yellowback Fusiliers and Harlequin Sweetlips. The reef's bigger inhabitants, including sharks, rays and sometimes even Whale Sharks, are often seen cruising in the blue.

Diving begins Monday morning and ends Saturday afternoon when the Aggressor returns back to port. Monday through Friday there are 4 dives offered every day and night diving most of the nights. Saturday a half-day of diving is offered.
